We noticed that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a bit of maintenance.

The friendly staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing useful tips for getting around and exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it convenient for visiting nearby attractions and enjoying the local bars and restaurants.

I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The room I stayed in had a strangely uneven floor and various signs of wear and tear, such as rust around the bathroom fixtures and holes in the wall.

The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to all the major tourist attractions. I was able to easily walk to the Guggenheim Museum, the main shopping area, and there were plenty of restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. the hotel facilities werenice and neat, and there was the option to choose from different breakfast options according to my preference.

Excellent location near major attractions, including Guggenheim, Cafe Iruna, and main shopping area. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely bar with a skilled bartender making great cocktails. Secure underground parking with assistance from hotel staff.

The exclusive amenities totally fulfilled our luxurious needs. the room advantages were spectacular and the service was impeccable. the Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of dishes. the Bar/Lounge area provided a beautiful setting for drinks in the evening. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the fabulous sights of the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the private facilities seemed to be a bit outdated. Despite this, the cleanliness and comfort remained impeccable.
